Mum +One Fitness
Tarnia is a new mum with a fitness background in dance and group fitness. Tarnia recently worked abroad as a children's fitness instructor and childcare supervisor where her duty was to organise activities and events.
After the trauma of giving birth prematurely (at 29 weeks) Tania felt she did not want to be a prisoner in her own home so searched for activities to do.
It was then whilst looking for groups Tarnia found that there wasn't a lot of classes designed for mums to get fit which were affordable, and accepted premature and young babies.
Tarnia has developed Mum +One Fitness, a fitness class where you can workout and bond with your baby
